RingCatch operates an automated SMS lead qualification system on a dedicated phone number assigned to your business. When a customer calls that number and the call goes unanswered, RingCatch sends an immediate outbound text message and conducts a short qualification conversation via SMS. The goal is to collect the customer's name, service address, and description of their issue, then confirm those details with the customer before alerting you.
RingCatch's responsibility begins and ends with the SMS qualification conversation on that channel. We are a lead generation service. We are not a party to any service agreement between you and your customers.
A lead is billable only when all three of the following have been collected and explicitly confirmed by the customer in the SMS conversation:
If a customer stops responding before confirming all three fields, no charge is incurred. If a customer provides false or incorrect information, you may dispute the charge within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
The standard rate is $25 per qualified lead, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are generated monthly (on the first of each month) for leads delivered during the prior calendar month. You will receive a link to review and approve each invoice before payment is processed.
RingCatch does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of leads per month. Lead volume depends entirely on how many calls go unanswered on your assigned number.
Approved invoices are final. Leads that have been confirmed and invoiced are not refundable on the basis of job outcome, customer cancellation, or failure to close the work.
RingCatch is not liable for job outcomes, customer disputes, property damage, personal injury, or any other result of work you perform or fail to perform.
The SMS qualification conversations are conducted by an AI assistant, not a human agent. The AI is instructed to identify itself as an AI if a customer asks directly. Conversations are limited to the qualification flow — the AI will not make pricing commitments, schedule appointments, or speak on your behalf beyond collecting and confirming the required lead fields.
For callers who reach a RingCatch-powered business:
When you place a call to a business that uses the RingCatch platform and that call is not answered, RingCatch may send you an automated SMS message on behalf of that business to offer assistance. This message is a direct response to your call and is intended to help connect you with the business you reached out to.
By placing a call to a RingCatch-powered business, you acknowledge that you may receive an SMS reply to your call. You may opt out of all text messages from RingCatch at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. No further messages will be sent after a STOP request is received.
For businesses using RingCatch:
RingCatch only contacts customers who have called your business number first, establishing prior contact initiated by the customer. Customers may opt out of further text contact at any time by replying STOP, and we will immediately honor that request with no further outreach.
You agree not to use the RingCatch service to contact anyone who has not first called your assigned number, and not to instruct or encourage any contact that would violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or applicable state telemarketing laws.
Conversation data (messages, lead fields, customer phone numbers) is stored securely and used solely to operate the RingCatch service for your account. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties outside of the infrastructure required to deliver the service (e.g. Twilio, Google Sheets).
You are responsible for handling customer data you receive from RingCatch in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Either party may cancel the service at any time with no penalty. To cancel, email [email protected]. Any outstanding invoices for leads already delivered remain due following cancellation.
RingCatch's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific lead(s) at issue. RingCatch is not liable for lost revenue, lost customers, consequential damages, or any outcome that occurs after a lead is delivered to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
